It has a three - dimensional structure filled with more temperature - control materials and its 210D TPU outer material ensures no leakage and prevents inner material from tilting during use.

For cold application, it should be placed in the freezer at 0°F (-18°C) for about 3 hours before use.

while for hot application, it needs to be heated in the microwave to 122°F (50℃) for 30 seconds (heating times adjustable).
