A: Yes. After use, clean the ice tubes, dry them, and freeze them in the

freezer (0℉/-18℃) for reuse.

Q: Can ice tubes be brought on a plane?

A: It depends on the airline. Generally, fully frozen ice sticks that meet the airline's regulations for carrying liquids can be taken in limited quantities. It’s recommended to check with the airline for specific rules.

How To Use

Pre‐cooling: Store in the fridge ≤40°F (4°C) for 90 minutes before use, and they are ready to use immediately. After freezing at 0°F (-18°C) for 45 minutes, thaw at 59°F-77°F (15°C-25°C) for 15 minutes before use.

Working Principle

Ice sticks contain a cooling gel and sealed packaging. In a freezer(0℉/-18℃), the gel absorbs cold and solidifies, storing cold energy.

In a warmer environment, the ice stick absorbs heat, causing the gel to melt and cool the surrounding area.

The Gel Ice Pack is made from phase-change material(PCM) as the inner refrigerant and the outer wrapper sealed on the back side.With years of experience in cold chain temperature control packaging, our gel ice pack are well developed for better temperature control, higher quality and compact packaging for variety of requirements.

We offer a well-shaped cold ice pack where the four inner angles are round, instead of the square ones that might be sharper after being frozen. The round-angle ice pack would be more suitable in case the package is in foam EPS box which are easily be scratched.
